Batiste Dry Shampoo

A couple of weeks ago I bought a can of Batise dry shampoo in preparation for camping at Leeds festival for 4 days for the August bank holiday weekend! I have never tried this before and thought I would give it a go as ive heard a few people mention it was good! I bought it from superdrug and it was roughly £2.30 for the large size can 150ml. I got the tropical version. However, I didn’t end up using it at the festival as I was a bit scared it would turn my hair white!!

This morning I was in a rush and my hair really needed washing but I didn’t have the time – so thought I would give this dry shampoo a go. Have to say I was surprised – its brilliant! I imagined it would look like talc powder when applied – but I couldn’t see it at all I didn’t need to even brush the product through! Amazing! The only difference I noticed (apart from making my dirty greasy hair look as if it had been freshly washed!) was it made my hair appear more blonde and it also gave great volume! It smelt lovely - like coconuts.

I'm not sure if using this product regular over time would cause dandruff or really dry your hair out. But its great for those occasional uses when your either in a rush or feeling lazy to wash your hair. I would definitely recommend this product if ur in a rush or feeling lazy!
