I’m sorry I have been missing this week and there has been a lack of blog posts. I have been a busy bee and been yo-yo-ing up and down the country attending lots of exciting beauty launches and events....so expect lots of reviews coming soon!
I am so pleased to be getting involved with the My Pure reviews as I am concerned about some of the chemicals and ingredients in most beauty products and the effects these can have on us. My pure ethos is inspired by safe, effective natural beauty products from harmful chemicals. The basic principle behind the brand is that cosmetics, toiletries and home cleaning products made from natural & organic ingredients are easier on our bodies and less likely to cause problems like allergic reactions and skin sensitivity. I am hoping to find 100% natural alternatives as I have found that most of the products that claim to be 'organic' or 'natural' may only contain 50% or less natural or organic ingredients which is misleading. I hope to find products that work well without containing nasty chemicals.
I shall be testing out several products each month and would like to thank the lovely guys at My Pure for their generosity. This morning I opened my first parcel which was delivered whilst I was away; all the products were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Here is what I received this month:
♥ Lovea Bio L'Argan Shine Shampoo which contains organic Moroccan Argan Oil - Really excited to try this as I’ve Moroccan Argan oil is a fabulous treatment for the hair!
♥ Kosmea Eighth Natural Wonder revitalising facial serum with organic Rose Hip Oil – smells gorgeous and I’m looking forward to seeing if it gives me a radiant glow and instant ‘face lift’ as it promises.
♥ A’kin Pure Rose hydrating facial mist with an infusion of Australian bush flower essences, aloe & vitamin B5 – I’m hoping this spray will be fabulous for my skin as I do ALOT of travelling and driving in my car during the week & the combination of the air con at work and my car heater blasting of my face really dries my skin out.
Stay tuned for reviews of these products very soon. For more information on mypure you can visit their site here.

I totally agree with your last paragraph. They are sending us so many free things that it would be completely and utterly unfair to say 'YES SIGN ME UP' and then moan about having to review the products and not review them - that's essentially stealing in my opinion! Plus, like you say, they aren't even asking for positive reviews just the guarentee we will review the products that they are kind enough to send us (for FREE) which is completely understandable. xxx
ReplyDeleteHi, I agree with you and Jennifer on your last paragraph. I'm also one of the lucky bloggers to receive these free products and I'm looking forward to testing them and writing an honest but not necessarily all positive review.
ReplyDeleteI guess you will always get people who will abuse the system but I hope there aren't too many, if any, who do that for mypure.
