Chanel Les Khakis Dupe Models Own 'Car Key' Collection

I blogged about the new Chanel Les Khakis collection here and predicted that soon will follow would be brands bringing out their own far cheaper versions of the designer collection. Models Own have come up with some fabulous chic and affordable dupes to rival the much talked about Chanel Collection, like they previously did with the infamous Models Own Purple Grey Vs Chanel Paradoxal dupe.

The seasonal shades bear a striking resemblance to Chanel's Khaki collection, so much so that Models Own have named their military-esq trio "The Car Key Collection". The collection includes: Grace Green (a mossy pastel green); Becca's Brown (a dusky beige hue) and Purple Ash (a vintage dusky rose).


Available from October at Boots and online at http://www.modelsownit.com/ priced at a purse-friendly £5 each, compared to Chanel's high-end pricetag of £19. Do you think we pay for the brand rather than the quality/accessibilty of shades?
