Nail Girls Launches ‘Elegant Goth’ Winter 2010 Collection

Introducing Nailgirls Elegant Goth Winter 2010 Colour Collection, using their celebrated ‘4 free’, long lasting, high gloss nail strengthening formula for a directional yet wearable collection inspired by the season’s key colours and trends.

Burgundy – With a black base saturated with deep plum tones, the graduation of this polish adds a hint of playfulness to classic black. With designers such as Burberry Prorsum and Balmain showing splashes of plum in their collections, this intense glossy shade provides a feminine antidote to the gothic glam vibe.

Brown – With the likes of Marc Jacobs and Chole embracing velvety chocolate hues, this deep cocoa colour screams gothic silhouettes combined with a 70’s twist. The lacquered pigment has all the intensity of black, whilst the shot of chocolate invokes a super wearable and on-trend shade.

Blue - Deep inky blues were seen all over the catwalks, with Burberry Prorsum and Celine showing vivid navy shades. The blue-violet tint of this strong navy colour pushes through the blackened base to create a vibrant nail polish. Team with balk accessories to turn the ink electric.

Lynda-Louise says “Our winter colour collection takes inspiration from Kinder Aggugini, whose AW10 Show combined deep and dark fabrics with gothic hair and makeup. The base of our range is black, with just a hint of colour to add some punch. We’re reworking gothic glam with an effortlessly chic and glamorous edge.”

Priced at £10 each and available at http://www.nailgirls.co.uk/ or http://www.selfridges.com/
