I hope everyone has had a nice Christmas break and Happy New
Year! Thought I would share with you my New Year Resolutions for 2012 as a few
people have asked on Twitter. I have only made a few resolutions so that it will be easier to keep them. I have to be honest I couldn't wait to see the back of 2011 as it wasn't a good year for me and I know probably people say this every year but I have a good feeling for 2012....
Exercise
Exercise
I have always been quite lazy when it comes
to exercise, but even more so since I have got a car. Yes I'm ashamed I do drive to the corner shop!
I'm going to be realistic I won't be going all out and joining a gym and
working out each day but I am going to aim to go to a Pilates or Yoga
class at least once a fortnight ;)
Blog
2011 was a stressful year and I never thought I would move
house 4 times in the space of 3 months but hey ho! With the lack of internet
connection and life taking over my Blog took a bit of a back seat during this
time, but this year I intend to be more focused and I have a huge back up of
posts I intend to blog about, just need to find the motivation at times. High
five to those of you that manage to blog every day as well as hold down a full
time job! If you have any requests then let me know and I would like to see
some more guest blogger posts so if you are interested then give me a shout J
New Job & New Start
Last year didn't go quite to plan for me...but I hope that
2012 things will start looking up! I hope to start a new full time job and move to London properly this year
so keep your fingers crossed for me!
Travel
I hope that I get to Travel more in 2012 and make the most
of weekends and holidays.
Take Time Out For Myself
During the end of 2011 I slipped into the bad habit of going
to bed far too late and then being really groggy the next day. I shall be taking
more time out for myself and relaxing before bed, and aim to get into a better routine
and look after myself better. Drink more water, get 8 hours sleep a night and
eat healthy food.
Did you make any New Year Resolutions this year?
I didn't make any resolutions. I always break them :(. I especially love your last one! Taking time for yourself is the most important thing you can do. Happy New Year!!
ReplyDeleteThe only resolution I have made is to buy less make up, which was also was last years resolution and which I epically failed at! However, this year I have an incentive of christmas in Australia to save for! I always go to bed too late, maybe this should be another resolution xx
ReplyDeleteGood luck for 2012 ! I aim to do 30 mins of exercise a day, learn something new of Photoshop each week and a few other things !
