Lisa Shepherd Salon pride themselves on being 'colour specialists' and are known for delivering on-trend hairstyles that suit you, in a warm and welcoming environment and yesterday they celebrated their second birthday! We were treated to nibbles, cakes and drinks in the Kitchen/Chill out area. If your a client your able to help yourself to drinks, snacks and even wine and there is a selection of magazines and newspapers along with iPads and MacBook to browse the net!
Jason Cocking who is not only the director of Lisa Shepherd London, but also a favourite hairdresser amongst the celebs, such as Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, Cat Deely, and Nigella Lawson! I had my hair cut and coloured my Jason last year and it has been the best cut I have ever had the colour and style seems to last much longer than usual!
Jason gave a trend presentation on tonal fusion which is the next fresh take on the popular dip dying craze. If I hadn't of just had my hair coloured last month I would of gone for the Tonal Fusion, but I opted for 'Absolutely Fabulous Finish' as my ends were needing a trim. As I was pushed for time and had to catch a train back up north my stylist was up for a challenge! I'm pleased to report that she was amazing and super quick - my hair was washed, cut and blow dried into a Kate-Moss style messy volumised do in and photo captured in the photobooth all in less than 25 minutes! That has to be the quickest hair-cut I've ever had and I'm really pleased with the results! My hair still feels super soft today and looks like I have just stepped out of the salon! We were also kindly given an amazing goody bag which I shall review once I've had chance to play with all the products :)
