Kinky Knickers is a new brand of handmade lace undies by retail consultant Mary Portas. Each pair is made entirely in Britain, from the finest lace produced in Middleton, Greater Manchester. A group of apprentices chosen by Mary were specially trained in traditional lace making techniques, and the knickers are a culmination of all their hard work. The hope is that this exciting collection will shine a light back on British manufacturing, and you can support the cause by wearing your Kinky Knickers with pride! Designed to be comfortable, sexy and VPL free, each pair comes with a hidden message in the gusset encouraging wearers to ‘Love Your Country!’
So give yourself a pat on the the bottom for backing Great British manufacturing. The range is available exclusively at Liberty London (pre-order online only) in a range of colours from a more subtle ivory to a striking neon pink with orange trim. There has been an overwhelming demand that ordering online at Liberty's is made-to-order, however today Boots has began stocking them online priced at just £10, £1 from every pair sold by Boots will be donated to Macmillian Cancer support. There is free collection from store if you spend over £20 at Boots or free home delivery if you spend over £40!

let's put it bluntly. the major drawback with these knickers, whether they are made by mary queen of the shops are not is their design. they cut the fanny in two. and that's that.
ReplyDeletewill avoid.
liloo /@tsunimee xx
I have to agree with liloo above. Although pretty that design is shockingly bad. A seam that runs down through the centre of the crotch is a recipe for pain and discomfort. Fact
ReplyDeleteooooh I didn't notice Liloo
ReplyDeleteI shall pass your comments on to the Queen herself Mary ;) xx
Love the neon pink colour! So pretty and feminine x
ReplyDeleteI would like to know why the size range only goes up to UK size 18
ReplyDeleteMost retailers I worked for in the 80's made garments up to size 22! Including BHS and M&S I am a size 20 and would willingly buy a pair if they made them in this size range
The sizing is actually small 10-12, medium 14-16, and large 18-20. So you can buy some.
DeleteWhere can I purchase knickers from, all retailers are sold out!
