Following the success of last year’s show, the UK’s number one health, beauty, fitness and well being event Vitality is back this year at Earls Court 2 (22nd - 25th March 2012). The show is guaranteed to make you feel revitalised, beautiful, fit and healthy. You are able to treat yourself to a VIP makeover, hair and massage experiences from just £45, free cooking demos, health advice, fitness classes and hundreds of top brands and unique products that you can't find on the high street.
I am hoping to visit the show on Saturday 24th March and I have two tickets to give away to Perfectly Polished readers! This is open for any Perfectly Polished reader (that can make the show at London's Earl's Court) and shall close on Wednesday 21st March 2012 at 11.30am.
The Rules:
1. To enter the giveaway you must be a follower of this blog and leave a comment below telling me why you would like to go to the Vitality Show along with your email/twitter for me to contact you! I would love to go to the vitality show in order to have the chance to chill out and relax from my every day life. I would also enjoy taking my stressed out sister to also have a chance to chill out and relax from her daily life.

I would love the opportunity to visit the Vitality Show. I would take my friend Marlene with me....she has had a very stressful year with her health and having to move. Her husband has also had work issues but throughout it all, she has been cheerful, generous, encouraging and wonderful. It would be a lovely way to say thank you and show how much I appreciate her.

People whose day to day work involves a great deal of physical activity, such as dancers and athletes, can also derive a great deal of benefit from the use of massage. 김포출장안마
