Review: ONCA

I have been trying out the new and exclusive beauty and health supplement ONÇA which launched in the UK this month. ONÇA is a highly exclusive supplement and is limited to only 3,000 people worldwide to ensure a production ethic that retains the highest standard of nutrients from the Amazon.
ONÇA supplements cost £156 and consist of two drinks a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Onça provides a complete formula with tropical super fruits, botanicals, lipids (omega), amino acids, hydrolysed collagen, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and flavonoids found in Amazonian rainforest fruits. They also contain Guarana which combats fatigue and Biotin which supports skin renewal, hair, nails and calms nerves. The Camu-Camu fruit is also present. It has 80 times more Vitamin C than an orange!
The fruit is harvested deep in the wild Amazon, from the most fertile soil on Earth. The morning supplement provides you with energising nutrients that also cleanse, detoxify and create a sense of harmony. The evening dose supports the body’s recovery and encourages beautification as you sleep; supporting the skins renewal with its collagen boosting abilities. ONÇA promises to make you feel more energised, beautiful, happier and healthier!
Day One:
I began the three day course after feeling tired, drained and sluggish after a busy few days in London. My skin looked dull and dry, I felt dehydrated and my stomach was bloated. My first morning supplement didn’t go that well to be honest as I mixed it with a glass of milk – I found the powder didn’t dissolve or mix well and floated on the top. It was sickly and difficult to drink in one go. After taking small sips I decided to just down the glass – but most of the sachet of goodness was stuck at the bottom – you could say total fail!
However the evening supplement was much more enjoyable to drink – in fact it was lovely! I mixed the supplement with fresh Apple Juice, it dissolved much better and tasted fruity like apple and passion fruit with a slight cinnamon kick. I noticed that the bloating on my stomach had gone down.
Day Two:
I woke up the next morning with lots of energy and felt like I had a really good night’s sleep, I also noticed my stomach was less bloated and my eyes less puffy and tired looking. I am not sure if this is connected to ONCA or because I am currently drinking two cups of Green Tea a day and 1.5 Litres ofWillow Water each day.
After taking some advice on Twitter, I decided to mix the morning supplement with Peach Yogurt  and organic Muesli and Blueberries. This was lovely and I couldn’t recommend this more for a delicious healthy breakfast! You can also add the supplement to a smoothie which is another great alternative. I found this to be very filling and didn’t feel hungry at lunchtime. It got to 8.30pm and I still wasn’t hungry which is very unlike me!
I forced myself to eat my dinner but I could have quite happily gone without. FYI: ONCA is not a meal replacement supplement, it compliments a healthy balance diet to add nutrients, vitamins and anti-oxidants. I enjoyed my evening supplement with fresh Apple Juice again as it works well.
Day Three:
I woke up feeling refreshed and full of energy again and noticed my skin looked had more of a glow. I mixed the morning supplement with strawberry yogurt, added a handful of organic Muesli, strawberries and blueberries. It was nice but I preferred the Peach Yogurt version. I felt full enough to skip lunch again but ate my evening meal around 5pm even though I wasn’t very hungry. I finished the day off with the evening supplement mixed with fresh Apple Juice.
My Thoughts:
In a normal pack, you receive morning/evening supplements to last a month, so I feel like I can’t give a full review having only tried the supplements for three days. However, I have noticed amazing differences over the past three days – and it would be interesting to see the results after a month. I wasn’t taking these supplements for weight loss but I do feel less bloated and have lost weight as I can feel my skinny jeans are less snug. My energy levels and mood have improved, I feel happier, slept better and lost weight. I am currently trying out the month supply and will do another more- in depth review soon.
Have you ever tried ONCA?
